Bethel Heights Vineyard

Bethel Heights is off Hwy 99W, about 10 miles northwest of Salem.  The vineyard is pretty, and the veranda has picnic tables which offer a commanding view of the valley and Mt. Jefferson in the distance.   We entered this winery as it was closing, so we felt too guilty to stay long.  Bethel Heights produces Pinots and Chardonnay, specializing (of course) in Pinot Noir.  We enjoyed all the wines we tasted, none of which were fantastic, but all were pleasurable to drink.  We didn't buy anything from this winery, but perhaps we would have if we had had more time.
